ChainCatcher 消息，比特币财库公司 Strive 宣布启动规模最高达 5 亿美元的 SATA 股票 At-The-Market(ATM)发行计划。募资将用于收购比特币及相关产品、运营资金、购买收益资产、资本支出、回购 A 类普通股及偿还债务等一般企业用途，也可能用于收购互补业务或技术，公司已在 12 月 9 日向 SEC 提交发行补充文件。

截至 11 月 7 日 Strive 持有约 7525 枚比特币，其全资子公司 Strive Asset Management 目前管理超过 20 亿美元资产。
