狗狗币基金会商业分支 House of Doge 将通过合并在纳斯达克上市

ChainCatcher 消息，据 GlobeNewswire 报道，狗狗币基金会官方商业部门 House of Doge 于 2025 年宣布，已与纳斯达克上市公司 Brag House Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBH) 达成最终合并协议。

该交易获得双方董事会一致批准，将通过反向收购方式进行，预计 2026 年初完成。合并后的公司将拥有超过 5000 万美元投资资本支持，管理超过 8.37 亿个狗狗币资产，成为全球最大的机构狗狗币持有者。House of Doge CEO Marco Margiotta 将担任合并后实体 CEO。
