知情人士：OpenAI 董事会尚未收到马斯克的正式收购要约

ChainCatcher 消息，据一位知情人士透露，OpenAI 董事会尚未收到马斯克财团的正式收购要约。

此前，马斯克宣布欲以 974 亿美元收购监管该人工智能公司的非营利组织。马斯克的律师表示，该要约已发送给 OpenAI 的外部律师，但 OpenAI 董事会消息人士称，截至 2 月 11 日尚未收到正式要约。

此前消息，OpenAI 创始人 Sam Altman 在谈及马斯克收购 OpenAI 的提议时表示：我没有什么好说的，这太荒谬了。
