美国司法部对币安为期三年的监察期可能提前结束

ChainCatcher 消息，据《纽约时报》报道，特朗普已特赦加密货币交易所币安被定罪的创始人 CZ，这项特赦很可能为币安重返美国铺平道路，该公司于 2023 年承认违反美国反洗钱规定并被禁止在美国运营，同时美国司法部对币安为期三年的监察期也可能提前结束。

据悉，该监察旨在确保公司遵守美国金融犯罪法律，然而若未获得特朗普或财政部长额外批准，特赦可能不会终结财政部另行设立的独立监察。此外，有知情人士透露说客 Ches McDowell 在协助争取 CZ 特赦过程中发挥了较大作用。
