ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，英国国家犯罪调查局（NCA）披露，由英国主导的打击俄罗斯规避制裁行动已逮捕 128 人，并缴获价值 3260 万美元的加密货币和现金。这项名为 “Operation Destabilise” 的行动于 2024 年首次公布，截至去年 12 月已逮捕 84 人，缴获 2550 万美元。但 NCA 的最新数据显示，该行动又逮捕了 45 名涉嫌洗钱者，并缴获超过 660 万美元的现金。
