Coinbase 拟以 20 亿美元收购稳定币初创公司 BVNK

ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社援引知情人士报道，Coinbase Global Inc. 正处于洽谈收购稳定币基础设施初创公司 BVNK 的后期阶段，交易价值或达 20 亿美元。

该收购预计将在 2025 年末或 2026 年初完成。BVNK 成立于 2021 年，提供企业级稳定币支付服务，Coinbase Ventures 已是其投资者。此举正值稳定币业务对 Coinbase 愈发重要之际，2025 年第三季度，稳定币业务占 Coinbase 总收入的 20%，约 2.46 亿美元。
