Coinbase 收购稳定币初创公司 BVNK 预计今年底或明年初完成

ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，知情人士透露，美国加密货币交易所 Coinbase Global Inc. 正与稳定币基础设施初创公司 BVNK 进行后期收购谈判，拟以约 20 亿美元的价格完成交易，目前尚待尽职调查。

Coinbase 的风险投资部门 Coinbase Ventures 是 BVNK 的投资方之一，预计将于今年晚些时候或明年初完成这笔交易。交易条款可能会有所变动，最终交易仍有可能失败。
