ChainCatcher 消息，Ironlight Group 子公司 Ironlight Markets 已获得 FINRA 批准，可以运营受美国监管的另类交易系统 (ATS)，用于交易传统证券和代币化证券。据悉 Ironlight 的 ATS 将集中式订单簿与原子链上结算相结合，实现了实时交易和清算，其系统允许银行、经纪商和注册投资顾问通过 FIX 或 API 接口进行连接，从而将区块链的效率带入受监管的市场。
