SHIB Price Prediction: Dead by 2030. The vast majority of the panel agree it is time to sell.



Finder’s latest poll is not good news for SHIB fans. 36 fintech specialists were asked their views on the cryptocurrency. Experts on the rota included Dimitrios Salampasis from the Swinburne University of Technology, Head of Funds at DigitalX Asset Management Matthew Harry, and John Hawkins, a University of Canberra senior lecturer. 



In terms of 2022, SHIB has been predicted to be worth $0.000018750 at the end of year.







The Shiba Inu token (SHIB) was created in 2020 by an anonymous entity called ‘Ryoshi.’ It is a well-known memecoin.



The death of SHIB is a matter of when, not if, according to most of the panel. In terms of timings, SHIB will have no value by the end of the year, according to 30% of panelists. 60% say SHIB will dead by the end of 2025. 70% say the crypto will be toast by the end of 2030.



Price Prediction Opinion



Matthew Harry, Head of funds at DigitalX Asset Management, says that SHIB will be worth $0.0001 by the end of 2022. “This market is maturing and things like SHIB will die as capital begins to flow to quality and value rather than being scattered across the field in the hope that every player wins a prize. That’s not how things work. Hype dies, value rises.”







Dimitrios Salampasis is a director and lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology. He thinks “all these joke-type coins will disappear and leave space for actual innovation and cryptoassets that can serve proper use cases.”



Nearly three-quarters of the panel think now is the time to sell SHIB. Fred Schebesta, Finder cofounder, agrees.



“Being a meme coin I don’t have a lot of hope for the future of Shiba. I see long-term this coin going close to zero, without being able to provide proper utility.”



Other Factors



According to the panel, SHIB’s price this year will be affected by memecoin hype, and inclusion on major broker platforms. Also, the launch of ShibaSwap.
