テラ共同創設者の資産約145億円凍結
韓国ソウルの地方裁判所が、テラフォームラボ（Terraform Labs）共同設立者シン・ヒョンスン（Shin Hyun-seung）氏の資産約1,400億ウォン（約145億円）を凍結したことを地元紙YTNが11月17日報じた。
報道によるとこの資産凍結は検察官からの要求が承認され、起訴前の追徴保全命令として行われたとのこと。この命令は被疑者が公判前に犯罪収益を処分することを防ぐための予防措置である。
検察は、ヒョンスン氏が投資家に適切な情報開示をせずに暗号資産テラ：LUNA（現在のルナクラシック：LUNC）を販売し、約14,00億ウォンの不当な利益を上げたと主張しているとのこと。
またヒョンスン氏はテラの宣伝活動の為に、自身が設立した決済技術会社のチャイコーポレーション（Chai Corporation）の顧客個人情報を不正に利用した罪の疑いにもかけられているとのことだ。
なおヒョンスン氏は、これらの容疑に対し否認しているという。
今年5月上旬に起こったステーブルコインUSTの米ドルペッグ不安定化に起因するUSTとLUNAの価格崩壊について、韓国の裁判所は今年9月にテラの創業者ド・クウォン氏に対して逮捕状を発布している。
