VRJAM , a leading live events platform, is elated to reveal a new project in collaboration with Epic Games to empower artists to perform live in the metaverse.



Through the partnership, Epic Games, the world’s leading game developer, availed the Epic Megagrant to help the VRJAM team power the development of a software solution. This, in turn, would activate live performances inside 3D graphical apps and games. These works would then enable developers and app publishers to access VRJAM’s live events tech using Epic’s own Unreal Engine software development platform. 



Epic Megagrant is a funding program that helps projects get the financial support needed to finish their work. The grant ranges from $5000 to $500,000. This funding program has funded many industry leaders, including Cambridge University, Pixar Studio, and The Jim Henson Company.  



VRJAM’s solution will reportedly engineer experiences that rival reality in every way. The solution being created is a live performance toolset that will empower content creators to publish real-time computer graphical content on a wide array of platforms. These creators can use advanced motion capture and CG avatar technologies.



VRJAM plans to engage high-profile Epic developers to integrate with their live events platform in the coming days. This will provide room for creating interoperability solutions for games and apps in the Web3 vertical. 



The announcements come a few days to the launch of VRJAM Coin, the native cryptocurrency for the VRJAM ecosystem. VRJAM Coin is scheduled to launch on the market and crypto exchanges on November 30. VRJAM Coin will serve a key role in creating new ways to value and monetize these live experiences. Currently, the investors are registering for the whitelist process ahead of the scheduled Enjistarter Launchpad. 



Over the last couple of months, VRJAM has formed various strategic partnerships to further its mission. The company recently partnered with Polygon to launch PlanetPolygon, a VR arena in the metaverse. VRJAM also partnered with interactive metaverse concert streamers Animal Concerts and Mars4, a Martian 3D mapping company.
