ChainCatcher 消息，Securitize 获得欧盟 DLT 试点机制授权，可在欧盟运营受监管的代币化交易与结算系统，成为同时在美国与欧盟具备合规代币化基础设施的机构。

该许可由西班牙 CNMV 颁发，使其能够在市场基础设施层面发行、交易和结算代币化证券，并与其在美国的经纪商、数字过户代理和替代交易系统业务联通。Securitize 将在 Avalanche 上部署欧洲系统，首笔发行预计于 2026 年初进行。
