The leader of the Shiba Inu team, known as Shytoshi Kusama, recently shared an important message with the SHIB ($0.00) community. In a series of tweets, Kusama discussed SHIB’s future, referenced its mysterious founder Ryoshi, and addressed critics who spread FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) about SHIB.

Proposal to US Government and Comments on Cardano’s Involvement

Earlier this week, Kusama made a proposal regarding SHIB (S.H.I.B. proposal) to the US government. Addressing this, he clarified a recent announcement by Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson, who mentioned plans to work with the incoming US administration on crypto policy in 2025.

He emphasized that Hoskinson’s announcement came solely from him, not from the government, signaling no official SHIB collaboration exists. Kusama added that if the US government accepts his S.H.I.B. proposal, both SHIB and the government would announce it together.

So far, he shared that the proposal has been “properly ignored (for now)” by the US, sparking curiosity about which other nations might consider it. Kusama even suggested Japan as a possible alternative.

Concluding his tweets, Kusama wished SHIB’s “guys and gals” a good weekend. When a SHIB supporter replied that the project’s future seemed to be in Kusama’s hands, he responded, emphasizing that SHIB’s destiny rests in the hands of its community. He reminded followers that he was simply fulfilling promises and adding a few extras, and that SHIB must ultimately surpass his and Ryoshi’s original vision.

Kusama referenced Ryoshi, who followed the path of Bitcoin’s creator, Satoshi Nakamoto, and disappeared in 2022. By doing so, Ryoshi allowed the community to steer SHIB’s future, encouraging them to build upon his foundation.

Addressing FUD and Embracing SHIB’s Strengths

In response to those sowing doubt about SHIB, Kusama confidently asserted that SHIB’s achievements prove its resilience.

He called for the SHIB community to showcase their technological innovations and strength, which enabled SHIB to endure a challenging bear market. To those spreading FUD, Kusama had a sharp message: “If you’re fudding Shib in any capacity today… bro… ngmi” (not gonna make it).

Through his tweets, Kusama both reassured and challenged the SHIB community to take charge of SHIB’s future, carrying forward Ryoshi’s legacy.
