ChainCatcher 消息，据 Businesswire 报道，纳斯达克上市的 SOL ($151.45) 财库公司 Forward Industries 宣布，已根据今年早些时候提交的 S-3表格有效注册声明，向美 SEC提交了公司再售招股说明书补充文件。该文件对公司在 2025 年 9 月私募配售（“PIPE”）中先前发行的部分普通股股票的再售事宜进行了登记，提交后即自动生效。

此外， Forward Industries 董事会于 2025 年 11 月 3 日还批准了一项股票回购计划，根据该计划，公司可回购至多 10 亿美元的已发行普通股股票。该授权将于 2027 年 9 月 30 日到期。
