ChainCatche 消息，GXD Labs 和 VanEck 共同成立的区块链复苏投资联盟 (BRIC) 宣布，在 2024 年 8 月提起诉讼程序后，BRIC 已与 Tether 就 Celsius Network 破产案达成和解，Tether 已向 Celsius Network 破产财产支付 2.995 亿美元，用于了结 2024 年 8 月提起的对 Tether 的破产法及相关索赔。该案涉及 Celsius 于 2022 年 7 月破产前的抵押转移与清算。BRIC 于 2024 年 1 月获委任为复杂资产回收与诉讼管理员，目前继续管理 Celsius 的非流动资产与诉讼资产以推进清算。
