ChainCatcher 消息，由 GXD Labs 和 VanEck 组成的区块链恢复投资联盟（BRIC）从 Tether 处追回近 3 亿美元资金，用于处理破产加密货币借贷平台 Celsius 的清算事务。这笔 2.995 亿美元的和解金解决了 Celsius 在纽约南区美国破产法院对 Tether 提起的重大索赔。Celsius 于 2022 年倒闭，去年退出破产程序并向债权人分配超 30 亿美元。

BRIC 作为复杂资产恢复管理方，继续处理与该案相关的其他非流动性和诉讼资产。争议源于 2022 年 Celsius 破产前，Tether 出售了 39,542 枚 BTC ($103,157.00) 作为抵押品清算，当时价值近 45 亿美元。
