ChainCatcher 消息，法国议员 Éric Ciotti 联合中右翼政党 UDR 提出法案，建议国家未来 7 至 8 年内购入约 42 万枚比特币，占总供应量约 2%。资金来源包括利用核电与水电盈余进行国家级比特币挖矿、处置被查封加密资产及引导储蓄账户资金每日购入 BTC ($115,212.00)。

若通过，法国将成为首个将比特币纳入国家储备的欧洲国家。
