ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 报道，比特币生态公司 Matador Technologies 已向加拿大除魁北克省外的各省证券监管机构提交招股说明书，拟在未来 25 个月内分阶段发售普通股、债务证券、认股权证和认购收据等多类证券，计划融资最高达 9 亿加元。募集资金将用于推动未来增长、战略性收购比特币资产及扩大比特币财库储备。

此前报道，Matador Technologies 总持仓量达 77 枚。
