ChainCatcher 消息，据 RootData 数据，今年 10 月加密行业共发生 21 笔公开并购交易，包括 Coinbase 以 3.75 亿美元收购 echo、Kranken 以 1 亿美元收购 the SMALL exchange、Modern Treasury 以 4000 万美元收购 Beam，此外 Aave、Blockstream、CoinShares、Fireblocks、Figment、Plume、Ondo Finance、Farcaster、Pump.Fun 等均有并购行为。

与此同时，加密行业今年以来的累计并购事件数量达到 144 笔，较去年同期增长超 100%，也创造了历史新高。
