香港证监会出台措施推动数字资产市场全球联通

ChainCatcher 消息，据金十报道，香港证监会中介机构部总监兼金融科技组主管黄乐欣表示，香港已将“连通全球流动性”纳入数字资产发展路线图，目标是让香港投资者连接全球市场，吸引更多机构交易业务落地香港。香港证监会将允许持牌跨境交易平台与海外关联方共享全球订单簿，作为实现与全球连通的首要步骤。当前正通过两项咨询推进生态完善，计划为虚拟资产托管机构发放牌照，并探讨将投资咨询服务及特定资产类别纳入监管范围。
