DAMN, a top meme coin on Shibarium, announced that it successfully burned 10,197 BONE tokens. The team revealed this development on its official X account. Blockchain data from Shibariumscan confirmed the burn, which also included 189.47 million DAMN tokens.
In a blog update, Sol Killer explained the unexpected deflationary method. Although the project never intended to burn BONE initially, last year’s burn of its liquidity pool (LP) changed that. By destroying the LP, the team permanently locked all tokens in the contract—including BONE and DAMN.
Previous Token Burns by Sol Killer
Earlier, the Sol Killer’s LP burn led to the removal of 3,179 BONE and 35.5 million DAMN tokens. Since the LP is no longer accessible, the tokens tied to it are effectively out of circulation forever.

WoofSwap, which backs Sol Killer, splits swap fees between LP holders and the protocol. LP holders usually receive 70%, while WoofSwap keeps 30%. Each share goes into separate PairFee contracts. However, because the LP was burned, the 70% share is now unclaimable. As a result, any transaction involving Sol Killer locks more tokens forever, reducing overall supply.
Ongoing Deflation With Every Transaction
Now, each trade using Sol Killer on WoofSwap adds to this deflationary trend. Every swap contributes to reducing both DAMN and BONE supplies. The team confirmed that 10,197 BONE have already been burned through this process.

It’s important to note that these burns happen on Shibarium, not Ethereum. Tokens bridged to Shibarium, like BONE, convert into wrapped versions such as wBONE. When Sol Killer burns wBONE, the original BONE remains locked on Ethereum forever, effectively removing it from circulation.
Currently, BONE trades at $0.3014, up 0.51% in the last 24 hours. If the reduced supply trend continues, the ongoing burns may support a price increase.
