ChainCatcher 消息，The Kobeissi Letter 在 X 平台发文表示，自 2024 年以来，SPAC（特殊目的收购公司）创始人已筹集超 240 亿美元，超过此前两年的总和。2025 年有望成为自 2021 年以来 SPAC 表现最强劲的一年。近期多数 SPAC 交易集中在核能、量子计算和加密货币行业。

然而，自 2019 年以来通过 SPAC 上市的 589 家公司中，仅有 11% 目前股价高于其原始发行价。在此期间，31% 的公司已破产或被收购，48% 的公司市值下跌了 50% 至 99%。
