ChainCatcher 消息，据官方公告，Stellar 网络已完成测试网升级至协议 24，主网升级投票将于 2025 年 10 月 22 日 17:00 UTC 进行。若投票通过，升级将立即生效。

Stellar 官方呼吁所有运行 Stellar 基础设施（包括 Stellar Core、Horizon、RPC 或 Galexie）的用户尽快安装新版本，确保系统兼容性。
