ChainCatcher 消息，巴塞尔银行监管委员会正在重新审视原定于明年实施的加密货币监管框架，重点聚焦稳定币相关规定。

此前版本的规则被业界普遍视为对银行持有加密资产的警示，因为其要求对相关资产计提较高资本占用。知情人士透露，包括美国、英国及欧盟在内的主要司法辖区尚未承诺按原计划推进执行，而倾向于在全球范围广泛实施前重新评估相关标准，以确保监管措施的可行性与协调性。
