定海法院审结涉泰达币帮助信息网络犯罪活动案件，涉案资金超 500 万元

ChainCatcher 消息，据浙江舟山定海法院公众号，定海法院已审结一起涉泰达币的帮助信息网络犯罪活动案件，数名被告人在境外某虚拟货币平台注册多个“商行”，以合股分红、低买高卖泰达币的方式牟利，明知交易上游可能存在违法犯罪活动仍帮助转移涉电诈等犯罪资金，累计帮助支付结算涉信息网络犯罪资金超 500 万元，属于“情节严重”，依法被判处有期徒刑并处罚金，扣押在案的 87.7 万元赃款发还被害人。
