ChainCatcher 消息，CleanSpark, Inc.（纳斯达克代码 CLSK）宣布完成其经扩大后的 11.5 亿美元可转换高级债券发行，债券于 2032 年到期。发行净收益约 11.3 亿美元，公司计划将回购资金之外的资金用于扩大其电力与土地组合、建设数据中心基础设施、偿还比特币担保信用额度及一般公司用途。同时，公司回购约 3,060 万股普通股（约占流通股的 10.9%），耗资约 4.6 亿美元。
