某男子线下兑换 USDT 遭找换店讹诈 100 万港元现金，目前香港超 200 家同类店铺没有持牌

ChainCatcher 消息，某男子在香港线下 OTC 店寻求将 100 万港元现金换成 USDT ($1.00)，最终店铺取走现金但没有向事主汇款，目前已通报执法部门。香港立法会议员吴杰庄表示“此事猖狂”，并称当前香港有超过 200 家此类虚拟货币找换店，全部都是没有持牌，也不受任何香港法例的保障和监管，任何人士领取商业登记便能开铺，他促请港府尽快展开相关咨询及立法程序。
