ChainCatcher 消息，据 PR Newswire 报道，纳斯达克上市公司 Zeta Network 宣布已达成一项证券购买协议，通过出售 A 类普通股和认股权证募资 230,837,060.2 美元，这笔资金将以比特币或封装 BTC ($91,414.00) 代币 SolvBTC 形式支付。

此次交易预计将于 2025 年 10 月 16 日完成，但需满足惯例成交条件，所得比特币将被纳入该公司资产负债表。
