ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，印度拟于 2026 年第一季度推出与卢比 1:1 锚定的稳定数字资产 ARC，由 Polygon 与本地金融科技公司 Anq 联合开发。

ARC 将在央行数字货币（CBDC）基础上运作，采取双层结构，仅限企业账户发行，旨在遏制资本流向美元稳定币并支持本国债务需求。该机制结合 Uniswap v4 白名单控制，强化合规性与货币主权保障。
