法国交易所 Lise 获批成为欧洲首家代币化股票交易所

ChainCatcher 消息，巴黎的 Lise（闪电证券交易所）已获得法国金融监管机构 ACPR 授权，成为欧洲首家运营完全代币化股票交易所的公司。

该交易所将交易和结算合并到单一区块链平台上，目标是法国市值低于 5 亿欧元的企业，计划于 2026 年初推出首批中小企业 IPO。Lise 的股东包括 CACEIS（法国农业信贷集团子公司）、法国巴黎银行和 Bpifrance。
