ChainCatcher 消息，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在 2025 金融街论坛年会上表示，数字人民币是人民银行发行和监管的法定数字货币，兼容了分布式账本等新兴技术。

历经近年来的稳妥推进，数字人民币生态体系初步建立。下一步，人民银行将进一步优化数字人民币管理体系，研究优化数字人民币在货币层次之中的定位，支持更多商业银行成为数字人民币业务运营机构。
